Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
